Will the 2026 Annual Spring Meeting be available On Demand or Virtually?
This meeting will be available in-person only at the Caribe Royal in Orlando, Florida. On demand content will be available to in-person registrants only. Registration for on demand content only will not be available.

What time zone is the 2026 Annual Spring Meeting?
Eastern Standard Time

How can I chat with other meeting attendees?      
Private messages can be sent and received through the Attendee's Corner in the Meeting Guide. 

How can I ask the speaker a question?
While attending the sessions, we encourage meeting attendees to use the “Ask the Speaker” feature. Attendees will access the Ask the Speaker function by clicking on the icon posted under the Session titles in the Meeting Guide.

How and where will I claim CME?
Access the evaluation and CME form in the Meeting Guide under the Evaluations & CME tab. Attendees are to claim CME/CE only for the sessions you attend. You will have until June 26, 2026, to evaluate and claim CME credit. You will be required to complete the General Evaluation questions before you can access the CME credit form. For DO registrants, we will submit your credits automatically to the AOA within 60 days after the submission deadline. 

How do I add the Meeting Guide to my home screen?

iPhones and iPads:

1. Open the Safari browser on your device.
2. Go to the Meeting Guide at aoaommg.org.
3. Tap the Share button (the rectangle with an upward arrow):
• On an iPad, it’s located on the top toolbar.
• On an iPhone, it’s on the bottom toolbar.
4. In the Share menu, select Add to Home Screen.
5. Confirm by tapping Add.

Android Phones and Tablets:
Launch Chrome for Android and open the Meeting Guide website at aoaommg.org. Tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen.

What happens if I book my hotel room outside the group block or through a third party?
To receive our contracted rate and onsite support, you must book your room through the official conference block, while available, using the link provided after registration. Reservations made through third-party sites or by calling the hotel outside our block are not connected to our block. If a guest who booked outside the block is relocated by the hotel because of an oversell, we cannot assist with the relocation or any related costs. Benefits tied to the block such as rate protection and complimentary Wi-Fi may not apply.
