Gina Crean, DSW, LCSW, CCTS-I, CFRC earned her Doctorate of Social Work from the University of Southern California with a focus on trauma informed programming. Gina currently works as the Clinical Director for the Child Protection Investigation Team in Nashville, TN and is on faculty with the University of Tennessee and Simmons University. In addition, Gina owns her own private practice where she treats trauma in frontline and first responder professionals and provides expert consultation on a local, national and international level.
I am enjoying my 3rd year of practice in southeastern Michigan at Mclaren Oakland hospital in Pontiac, MI, part of the Michigan State COM statewide campus system. I completed a trauma fellowship at the University of New Mexico and complex periarticular trauma makes up a majority of my practice.

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, and went to Tulane University in New Orleans for college and graduate school. I matriculated to Mercer University School of Medicine where I earned my M.D. I returned to New Orleans for post-graduate training with a residency in Internal Medicine at Ochsner and fellowship in Infectious Diseases at LSU. Upon completion of my education, I accepted a faculty position at the University of Colorado where I became the Director of Orthopedic Infectious Diseases. I work closely with orthopedic surgeons as well as providers from many other specialties and am a part of many multidisciplinary committees. The best part of my job is the close relationships I have built with my colleagues while providing state of the art treatment. I have interests in biofilm associated infections, quality improvement, and education. When not working I enjoy spending time with my family.

Currently, I am a partner in a group of six orthopedic surgeons and one physiatrist. I have been in my current practice my entire career thus far totaling 17 years. I have served as president of the practice as well as serving as compliance officer. I have been directly involved in hiring of new physicians, staff and seen the variables involved with contract negotiation. Prior to entering medicine I was employed as a practicing pharmacist and manager.
Dr. Eubanks was born and raised in Portland, Oregon in a family of healthcare providers, and took an interest in surgery very early in his life. He graduated from Portland State University in Biochemistry before attending medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. He went on to complete a residency at Valleywise Medical in General Surgery.
His passion for complex reconstructive surgery led him to pursue further training in plastic surgery at Wayne State University in Michigan, where he spent time focusing on breast, facial, upper, and lower extremity reconstruction. He developed further interest in upper extremity reconstruction and went on to attend fellowship training in hand and microsurgery at the Hand Center of San Antonio before returning to Arizona.
In his personal life, Dr. Eubanks enjoys cooking, hiking, cycling, scuba diving, snowboarding, and traveling around the world with his wife.
Dr. Elizabeth Ford is a current 4th year orthopedic surgery resident at the Inspira Health Network in
Vineland, NJ where she is training under former AOAO President Fred Mc Alpin III. Dr. Ford is the past recipient of the first AOAO osteopathic distinction award, presented to for the highest quality
orthopedic research with roots in the 4 osteopathic tenants. Most recently, she was awarded a $10,000 grant from the Osteopathic Foundation to perform research analyzing the biomechanical properties of a biocomposite scaffold versus hamstring allograft for MPFL ligament reconstruction. Dr. Ford has over 30 publications, including various book chapters, journal articles, as well as editorials. She serves as a resident member on the Journal of Orthopedic Experience and Innovation (JOEI) council and has given numerous national lectures at meetings including the Eastern Orthopedic Association (EOA), The
Orthopedic Summit (OSET) and the AOAO. In 2022 she was awarded best overall paper at the OSET
meeting for her work examining how resiliency impacts outcomes after ACL reconstruction surgeries. Upon graduation, Dr. Ford plans to pursue a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine. Her passions include running, fitness, and music.

Christopher Gallus completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and did a fellowship in Complex Spine Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA. He is currently the Orthopedic Spine Surgeon at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Colorado. He is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. His practice focuses on the comprehensive spine surgical needs of the Rocky Mountain regional veteran population and encompasses adult degenerative and adult deformity spine surgeries. His practice has a strong focus on revision lumbar spine surgeries. He enjoys teaching residents and fellows with an emphasis on teaching preoperative patient preparation and planning for complex spine surgery.
Dr. Goodmanson attended Azusa Pacific University in California for undergrad where he received a BS in Applied Health/Pre Med. He then went on to complete medical school at Rocky Vista University in Colorado, and Orthopedic Residency with Michigan State SCS through McLaren Health. He then completed a one year fellowship program with Swedish Medical Center and Seattle Science Foundation in Washington state where he specialized in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery. He currently has a busy spine practice in Port Huron Michigan.

Gregory Grenier, DO, is a fellowship trained, board eligible, upper extremity orthopedic surgeon who treats a variety of conditions, including peripheral nerve compression, arthritis of the upper extremity, acute and chronic traumatic injuries, and more. He strives to provide the most straight forward, up to date, and evidence-based care possible for all patients.
Dr. Grenier earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California. He went on to complete his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience. He has completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Ohio University and an orthopedic hand surgery fellowship at the Hand Center of San Antonio in Texas.
Dr. Grenier enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities, including trail running, hiking, skiing, and biking. He also enjoys visiting various cities with his wife and son and taking motor home ski trips.
I am an Orthopedic Spine Surgery Fellow at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute. I will join my colleagues back in Dayton, OH in private practice to offer minimally invasive and complex spine surgery care for our community. Every year our practice hosts surgeons to join the Global Health Outreach missionaries in their efforts to spread the gospel as well as provide outstanding orthopedic surgery in the underserved area of Tegucigalpa, Honduras. My father is from Tegucigalpa and it has always be an aspiration of mine to be able to visit and join the mission efforts in aiding this city with much needed spine care in the areas of deformity and trauma.

Jen-Chieh Lee is a dedicated aspiring Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University, on track to graduate in 2025 with Epsilon Pi Phi Honor Society membership. She received a Bachelor's in Biochemistry with honors from UCLA. Lee's research expertise spans multiple roles, including as Staff Research Associate in various labs and medical contexts. I am a fourth year medical student from Drexel University School of Medicine. I took part in a research year, working with the attendings and residents from CHOC Children's Hospital and Riverside University Health System under the mentorship of Dr. John Schlechter. These projects are the culmination of my research year.
