Hotel Reservations

Once the lecture recordings become available after the meeting, you will be notified by email with instructions for how to access up to (4) sessions. This meeting will NOT be available via livestream on November 3-5.

Access the evaluation and CME form in the Mobile Meeting Guide under the Evaluations & CME tab. Attendees are to claim CME/CE only for the sessions you attend. You will have until December 31, 2022, to view content and claim CME credit including those you view on demand. You will be required to complete the General Evaluation questions before you can access the CME credit form. For DO registrants, we will submit your credits automatically to the AOA within 60 days after you complete and submit the CME form.
