For In Person Attendees

What if my state requires a negative PCR test upon returning?
Check with the staff at the registration desk to arrange for a test. Bring your insurance card, the cost without insurance is $105. With the insurance card, there is no cost to you for the test.

Social Distancing in Session Rooms and Exhibit Halls
In accordance with local, state and hotel guidelines, all session rooms as well as the Exhibit Hall, will adhere to social distancing guidelines. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the hotel.

Will the sessions be available after the meeting?
Yes! Up to (4) specialty sessions will be available on demand after October 30. Registrants will be notified by email when the on demand content becomes available. This meeting will NOT be available via livestream on October 28-30. Anyone unable to travel to the meeting may purchase access to (4) specialty sessions. The registration and access information will be available after October 30. 

How long will the on demand content be available?
On Demand content will be available after the meeting until October 28, 2022. 

How and where will I claim CME?
The evaluation and CME form will be available on Thursday, October 28 at 7:00 a.m. ET in this Mobile Meeting Guide. Attendees are to claim CME/CE only for the sessions you attend. You will have until January 28, 2022 to view content and claim CME credit. You will be required to complete the General Evaluation questions before you can access the CME credit form. 

For On Demand CME

How do I access the on demand content?
On demand content will be available after October 30. Access to (4) sessions is available at no additional charge to those who attend the meeting in person. For those who are unable to travel to the meeting, the registration form and on demand content will be available after October 30.

Access to the on demand content will be through the Mobile Meeting Guide once you register.

How and where will I claim CME?
The evaluation and CME form will be available on Thursday, October 28 at 7:00 a.m. ET in this Mobile Meeting Guide. Attendees are to claim only for the content they view. You will have until January 28, 2022 to view content and claim CME credit. You will be required to complete the General Evaluation questions before you can access the CME credit form.  

If I register for the on demand content, will this count toward my meeting attendance?

Yes! If you are due to attend the 2021 Annual Fall Meeting and choose to register for the on demand content only, it will count toward your meeting attendance.
