Registrants and their guests flying into COS airport are encouraged to make reservations with the Broadmoor Shuttle in advance by contacting The Broadmoor Transportation Department at

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Colorado Springs Guests
AOAO Annual Conference guests and attendees staying at the Doubletree will receive transportation to and from The Broadmoor. For shuttle information and arrangements, check with the bellstaff at the Doubletree.
