Powerpoint files must be converted, one slide per page, to a PDF (the only acceptable format) before uploading. Upload one file for each lecture you are presenting. Video files must be removed before converting to PDF. File size is limited to a total of 250 MB each.

Speakers must bring their final slides in Powerpoint with them to the meeting. This file upload is ONLY for display in the Mobile Meeting Guide.

BEFORE UPLOADING: Do you have copyrighted images in your slide deck? If no written confirmation/approval is provided YOU MUST remove the images from your slides before uploading. Cartoons, celebrity photos and images taken from any website are generally under copyright protection. Images found on Google are not necessarily in the public domain for use by anyone with the ability to copy and paste them and AOAO could be fined for unauthorized use.

I have used copyrighted images in my slide deck. I can provide proof of written permission from the owner to use the images for this presentation. I will send these to julie@societyhq.com 30 days prior to the meeting, or as soon as the slides are uploaded.

My slides DO NOT include any of the following:

• any patient information
• commercial bias, political, sexual or ethnic bias references
• products and services including logos, other than those of your institution or practice
• sports team logos
• photos/images of devices, hardware, or any equipment used for surgery or patient care that show the product or company name
• brand drug names (use only generic names)
