Beginning Thursday, January 25, 2024 04:00:00 PM EST, you will be able to upload your abstract online. Abstracts will ONLY be accepted through this submission site. The abstract submission deadline is Monday, April 29, 2024 11:30:00 PM EDT.

Posters are not to be submitted at this time. Posters will be submitted after abstract review and determination of acceptance.

Please review the Abstract Guidelines prior to beginning the submission process.

After acceptance, presenting authors will be required to complete a disclosure statement. The disclosure statement will be included with your acceptance letter.

Deadline for Submission: Monday, April 29, 2024 11:30:00 PM EDT.

May 3: Res/Fellows Committee received link to begin review of abstracts
May 24: Deadline for review
May 31: Award selection completed
June 7: Authors notified of acceptance for oral or poster only
June 12: Award recipients notified
June 26: Award winners must respond if they plan to present
September 2: Poster submission deadline
