Beginning Wednesday, January 04, 2023 11:00:00 AM EST, you will be able to upload your abstract online. Abstracts will ONLY be accepted through this submission site. The abstract submission deadline is Monday, May 01, 2023 12:00:00 AM EDT.

Posters are not to be submitted at this time. Posters will be submitted after abstract review and determination of acceptance.

Please review the Abstract Guidelines prior to beginning the submission process.

After acceptance, presenting authors will be required to complete a disclosure statement. The disclosure statement will be included with your acceptance letter.

Deadline for Submission: Monday, May 01, 2023 12:00:00 AM EDT.
Residents and Fellows Committee will review and score the abstracts: Monday, May 1, 2023 10:00:00 PM EDT
Authors will be notified of acceptance: Friday, June 16, 2023 4:00:00 PM EDT
