Beginning Thursday, June 06, 2019 03:00:00 PM EDT, you will be able to upload your abstract online. Abstracts will ONLY be accepted through this submission site. The abstract submission deadline is Tuesday, June 11, 2019 12:00:00 AM EDT.

Posters are not to be submitted at this time. Posters will be submitted after abstract review and determination of acceptance.

Please review the Abstract Guidelines prior to beginning the submission process.

After acceptance, presenting authors will be required to complete a disclosure statement. The disclosure statement will be included with your acceptance letter.

Residents and Fellows Committee will review and score the abstracts: Monday, June 24, 2019 4:00:00 PM EDT
Authors will be notified of acceptance: Friday, June 28, 2019 4:00:00 PM EDT
Notification of Acceptance and Selection for Oral Presentation: Monday, July 8, 2019 4:00:00 PM EDT
