How Auto Renew works

    Annual renewal — Your membership dues are automatically charged during the first week of April or October each year. The payment covers the next 12 months.

    Email notifications — Reminder emails are sent 30 days and 7 days before your charge date, plus a confirmation email after payment is processed.
  3. 3
    Dues rate changes — Any dues updates are communicated in those reminder emails. Unless you cancel Auto Renew before April 1 or October 1, your saved card is charged at the then‑current rate in the first week of your cycle month.

AOAO Membership Auto‑Renewal FAQs

Members enrolled in Auto Renew will be charged during the first week of April or October, on the credit card provided. This payment will cover membership dues for the next 12 months.

You'll receive auto-renewal email reminders 30 days and 7 days before your payment is due. Once your payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

You'll be notified of any dues amount changes in email reminders sent 30 days and 7 days before your card is charged. Unless auto-renew is canceled before April 1 or October 1, your card will be charged at the current dues rate.
